I’m Liudmila, I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher with a holistic approach that integrates the principles of Yoga – Ayurveda, mindfulness, and embodied awareness. My teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga is a path of transformation — not only physical, but emotional and spiritual.
I have completed formal training in yoga and meditation, and I have also studied Ayurvedic lifestyle and wellness to deepen my understanding of the mind-body connection.
With over 10 years of personal practice and teaching experience, I offer classes designed to support each individual’s unique journey. Whether through foundational sessions, therapeutic practices, or guided meditation, my goal is to create a space where students feel safe, seen, and empowered.
My work is informed by lived experience, continuous study, and a deep respect for the connection between body, mind,. I am committed to offering practices that promote balance, self-awareness, and sustainable well-being — both on and off the mat.
